I use an east-meets-west approach with a variety of offerings to meet each person's individual needs. Everyone has their own unique body, way of thinking, belief system, etc. I strive to meet you where you are and to help you stretch and grow through knowledge and experiencing what I have to offer. I introduce new ways of thinking and doing. Time spent with me can be body-balancing and mind-expanding.

I graduated with honors from William Paterson University. I have studied metaphysics since 1980, with explorations into life after life, the mind/body connection, and principles of quantum physics. We are truly spiritual beings having a human experience here on earth. 

 I am the secretary for the Cancer Awareness Research and Education group that meets the second Thursday of each month at the United Methodist Church, 100 Dayton St., Ridgewood, NJ. Hear great speakers in a supportive environment. Alternative and complementary methods are presented and discussed.
